Data linked to financial and investment operations is retained for the minimum period established by Argentine tax and regulatory legislation, currently ten (10) years. Once the retention period has expired, data is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymized.
8. International transfers
Some of our technology service providers may store data on servers located outside the Argentine Republic. In such cases, we ensure that these providers offer an adequate level of protection, as established by the National Directorate for Personal Data Protection, or that there are standard contractual clauses or other legal mechanisms that guarantee the security of the transfer.
