These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, "T&C") govern the access and use of the web platform of Valceriqo S.A. (hereinafter, "Valceriqo" or "the company"), Tax ID (CUIT) 30-71856294-7, with legal domicile at Av. Corrientes 1382, Floor 8, Office B, City of Buenos Aires, Argentina. By accessing or using this website, you expressly accept these T&C in their entirety. If you do not agree with any of their provisions, we ask that you refrain from using the platform.

1. Purpose

Valceriqo operates a digital real estate crowdlending platform that facilitates the connection between people interested in participating in real estate development projects in the Argentine Republic. The platform allows exploring investment opportunities, making contributions, and tracking the projects in which one participates. Valceriqo acts as a technological intermediary and does not guarantee returns or specific results for any published project.

2. Registration and user account

To access certain platform functionalities, the creation of a user account may be required. By registering, you commit to providing truthful, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and for all activities carried out under your account. Valceriqo reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts that violate these T&C or that present suspicious activity.

3. Investment risks

Real estate crowdlending involves inherent risks. Invested capital is not guaranteed, and there is the possibility of partial or total loss. Projected returns are estimates and do not constitute a promise or guarantee of future results. Each investor must evaluate their personal financial situation and risk tolerance before participating in any project. Valceriqo recommends seeking independent financial advice before making investment decisions.

4. Intellectual property

All content present on the platform, including but not limited to texts, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Valceriqo S.A. or its licensors and is protected by Argentine and international intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or any unauthorized use of the content without express written consent from Valceriqo is prohibited.

5. Limitation of liability

Valceriqo shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform, including data loss, lost profits, or service interruption. The platform is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Valceriqo does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

6. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These T&C are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Argentine Republic. For any dispute that may arise from the interpretation or execution of these T&C, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Ordinary Commercial Courts seated in the City of Buenos Aires, expressly waiving any other forum or jurisdiction that may correspond to them.

7. Modifications

Valceriqo reserves the right to modify these T&C at any time. Modifications will take effect upon publication on the platform. Continued use of the service after the publication of changes implies acceptance of the modified T&C. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
